Rates: daily, oceanfront, Poipu Beach, All vacation rentals out cleaning fee $99.99. Wireless internet access free only on Poipu Beach.

Terms: Booking made with deposit of one-half your total booking. Payment in full sixty days before arrival, no refunds after this date, unless the unit is rented to another party for the same period you had paid. $200 refundable security fee must accompany your initial deposit. Credit Card usage incurs addional transaction fee, alternatively, wire or direct deposit to Bank of America easily accpeted. Thank you!
